kind of quality can I expect?
All of our items are first quality. There are no seconds.

All of our items are guaranteed to meet U.S. Postal
regulations.
Shipping

How
much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free of charge! We take pride in shipping USPS. All packages are mailed parcel post and should arrive in 4 to 7 days.
How
long will it take to receive my order?
All orders for items in stock received by 2:30 EST are shipped the same day. Alterations add one day. Items on back order will be shipped as soon as received usually 7-10 days. To check product availability phone us 1-800-456-3433.
Can
I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
Yes.
Can
I ship my order to a different address?
All orders are shipped to your home or work address.
Exceptions can be made for vacations.
Payment
Which
credit cards do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Postal Visa Cards are
accepted, as well as debit cards, which bear the Visa
or MasterCard logo. Regretfully, American Express is
not accepted.
What
happens if my order exceeds my allowance?
If your order exceeds your allowance, please include
check, money order, or credit card information for payment
of remaining balance.
Why
was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
State tax is applied to Indiana residents on any items
not purchased on your postal allotment.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?
Although we do not charge for shipping, if you are returning an item for any reason it is up to the customer to return the items at their own expense. We suggest you use delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise being returned.Can
I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just
don't want?
Items not worn or washed are accepted for exchange or
refund for up to 30 days. (Uniforms altered in any way
are not returnable.)
What
happens if the item I ordered is not available?
Items not available when ordered will be shipped as
soon as possible, which is usually within 10 days.
Can
I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped you can refuse
shipment, and you will be credited upon our receipt
of shipment.
I
canceled my order, but I haven't received a credit yet.
How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of
receipt; however, it may take 710 business days
for you to receive your credit. You should see this
on your next credit card statement or the following
one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.
All credits to your Postal Visa Card are submitted within
24 hours.
